Principals Marcus Allan Rowsell and Tim Gorter have designed and installed remote sensing technologies to provide quantitative feedback that building systems are performing as specified.  They believe strongly in the value of commissioning and periodic building assessments, like tune-ups for your car.  When leading a complex project, they will assemble all parts the design team necessary to carry out the work, including other architects, engineers, acousticians, contractors, developers, owners, tenants, government entities, historians, archaeologists, and ecologists.  Qubink orchestrates all of these components so they work in unison, from concept to completion.  The goal is to design smarter systems and optimize building performance.
